The Friday Tour

Departs from Gunther Toody’s Restaurant – 8266 W Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO 80123 The Friday Tour may be started at your leisure; however, we recommend you depart no later than 9:00 a.m. Tour instructions will be given out between 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. in the parking lot of Gunther Toody’s.

For those driving or transporting T-series cars, a special lower speed, unscored tour is available
that takes you over roads with more leisurely speed limits.

The tour this year will begin in Littleton and end in Glenwood Springs. There will be three tour classes: MG Class, Vintage Class and Modern Class. Three awards are given for each class.

This year’s tour is written from the perspective of a dog; specifically, a goofy, attitudinal, and somewhat psychotic Husky/Yellow Lab mix named Diesel. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of certain places along the route. A few answers will be found by parking your car and taking a short walk along Main St. in Breckenridge. You will also be required to do some math, as all dogs enjoy a good math problem. Bring a calculator. The Tie Breaker questions will be dog related and about things you learned in school.

Tour Classes
There are three Tour classes. Entry depends upon the automobile being driven. You can only enter one class.

• The MG Class is for all MG vehicles driven on the tour.
• The Vintage Class is for cars, including MG’s, made before 1970.
• The Modern Class is for all non-MG cars made from 1970 on.
• Three trophies will be presented for each class.
